Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be merged or closed and any bonus balances will be voided.
All Users are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal request can be processed. KYC documentation typically includes a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, driver's licence, or passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and a selfie photograph holding the identification document. klwin19 may request additional documentation at its sole discretion. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, klwin19, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of services — arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not klwin19 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
klwin19's total aggregate liability to any User for any direct damages arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the User into their Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
klwin19 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may result in temporary service unavailability. klwin19 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such interruptions.
klwin19 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe and controlled gaming environment for all registered players.
